Engine repair service near Jamestown, NC

One of the best car shops I've been to! My Jeep Liberty was having issues and we brought it to FOUR different mechanics for repairs- each giving a different diagnosis and solution. After 2 years and about $3000 in repairs, the problem was still not fixed. In January we brought it to J Medic, they made a few repairs and the problem was FIXED! Not only were they able to solve the mystery of my Jeep, but the staff there is amazing; friendly, accommodating and responsive! The price was fair as well. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days... now I use J Medic for all of my vehicle repairs- breaks, oil change, inspections, etc. -Jackie Hoffman

The service was completed in a fair and reasonable time frame. They were super generous in giving me a lift when my ride left me stranded at their shop at the end of the day and the service cost much less than estimated due to them being able to find some after market parts which was a great help! I feel like they are honest and trustworthy and reccomend them.

From the 1st phone call to the repair, Tom (manager) started off with education of my own car to show me how, why and when things would happen etc. He and his crew have a heart of a teacher when it comes to auto repair. The service was super fast, the hospitality was amazing and the price was surprisingly competitive. Not to leave out David, who was my personal chauffeur for the day..... who also has great customer service skills.
