Diagnostics was told to replace the hybrid battery was given a quote. It was a little high, so I went with a different party to have the battery replaced turn out. The battery wasn’t the issue. The engine was locked up

Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. had Tahoe aligned in high point twice. Thomasville once, still bad driving. tried Perrymans in Lexington, found front end had not been aligned as spacers were still in place. once perrymans aligned my tahoe it drove like a dream. driving for several months and still good. thank you guys! gerald flinchum

I was driving from Pittsburgh Pa to Myrtle Beach and was spending the night in High Point. I notice that my vehicle was making some front end noise and I thought I needed brakes. I stopped at a local Auto Zone and bought the brakes and they referred me to Dr Ron. I got there before he opened and once he got there I explained to him my problem. He immediately took me in and determined that I did not need brakes and that the problem was a simple fix. I was grateful that he took care of me for a very reasonable price. The world needs more people like Dr. Ron. If I lived in High Point he would definitely be my mechanic. Thank you for the great service Dr.!!!!

I TOOK MY CAR TO A SHOP TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECKED FOR A GRINDING NOISE AND MY STEERING WHEEL PULLING. THE SHOP QUOTED ME OVER $700 FOR THE REPAIR. I FOUND MOBILE LUBE DOCTORS ON HERE SO I GAVE THEM A CALL. WITHIN 3 HOURS THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT TO ME AND HAD MY CAR REPAIRED. CHRIS FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD. HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET ME REPAIRED AND BACK ON THE ROAD FOR $250 LESS THAN WHAT THE SHOP QUOTED ME. I LOVE THIS SERVICE.
