Oil change service near Mineral Springs, NC

I recently had our car's muffler upfitted due to the fact that the dealership told us that present muffler's intake was not allowing enough exhaust to pass through. This Meineke shop charged me $650. to update the muffler. I have had since then trouble with the muffler now vibrating and making a clunking noise and brought it to Midas muffler to check out. Midas says that Meineke installed too long a pipe causing the noise. Midas also said they could have replaced with a brand new muffler for less than $650.? Midas only charged me $45.00 to shorten the pipe where it needed to be as well as repair a dangling cadalytic converter heat shield. Meineke not only ripped me off, they did not install the muffler correctly! This review is not meant for all Meineke Muffler shops, just the one located 6447-A East Independence Blvd.!

Went in for basic oil change 12-4-12 never requested high performance in 4 yrs I've owned my Durango . Week and half later oil light flashing flickering and staying on dash board longer than normal. Took it bac there 12-18-12 they said need high perf and chrged now I'm $86 into an oil chnge and the light is still on Oil light is not to play w b/ c engine can go Then they said I need a sensor to make the light go off Took my car to diff shop NO OIL PRESSURE . Smdh!!Done tore my car up.Jus pourin oil in my car and only recommend wiper blades When I called and returned to seek corrections to my unpleasant and very unsuccessful services staff became rude. Trisha Brian and Eric. Terry gave diagnosis he wasn't qualified to and mgmnt Trisha was very dismissive stating she wasn't apart of this or that I adv you are mgmnt you represent them you are their leader and further more I paid you!

The worst experience of my life. The company kept charging me diagnostic fees for the same problem that never got fix. I would not recommend coming here ever again
