Stranded in Salisbury! Integrity Not only arranged our tow, they had us up and running with a diagnosis of the current repair but advised us of upcoming repairs. Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. I'm hoping you're doing the best you can. But I'm sitting here without a vehicle, waiting to hear from you regarding approval of the repair on my vehicle. I was told I might be able to get a loaner or that I should get a rental from Enterprise. I don't know if there is a special procedure to get that rental so that might get reimbursed somewhat for the rental cost. I called service several times and sent a text message but have not received any response. What makes things more difficult is that my 83 year old wife is a victim of strokes and seizures and dementia. I cannot let her out of my sight. So, I guess I will try to go ahead and get the rental tomorrow. I jus wish I knew where things stand. Hans Weidig

We were on vacation and were from another state. AAA towed our van to this garage over the weekend to get repaired. Once they opened Monday morning we talked to Jamie and within 21/2 hours they had fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable price and had us back on our way to the beach for our vacation. I would recommend this garage to anyone who has issues. Very clean facility and very friendly, wonderful, competent mechanics. I give Erlanger Auto Care and their mechanics 5 stars and A+ rating!
