Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon special. The Groupon was advertised as $29. The owner told me to ignore the coupon and he would give me the same price. His "same Price" Was $79.95. He said that he had to replace an oil drain plug, which on the invoice is only $13.98.

Greg's Mobile Auto Repair is reasonable and fast. He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours. Thank you for the excellent service 5??????????. However, the receptionist, who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and frequently mentioned her job title in an unprofessional manner towards a couple of the customers . I hope this can be addressed to enhance the overall experience. The idea is to attract customers not run people away!

Came to my place of business. Found the problem, fixed it at reasonable price Pleasant to deal with. Knowledgeable. Honest. Really showed up local Ford dealership on price, knowledge, etc.

Great to do business with. I have developed a great relationship with them for both my cars. My 2011 Ford F-150 was having a timing issue and spark knocking terribly. I took the car to the Ford dealership and they told me the spark plugs needed to be replaced at 80K miles. I agreed and paid them $600 to do it. As soon as I drove off the knocking started again. I took it down to Jade and he asked his Ford certifed tech to check it out and he found that the PCM module needed to be reflashed to adjust the timing and only charged me around $100. I guess if I had asked them first I would have saved $500. I will go to them first next time.
