Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. I was driving from Pittsburgh Pa to Myrtle Beach and was spending the night in High Point. I notice that my vehicle was making some front end noise and I thought I needed brakes. I stopped at a local Auto Zone and bought the brakes and they referred me to Dr Ron. I got there before he opened and once he got there I explained to him my problem. He immediately took me in and determined that I did not need brakes and that the problem was a simple fix. I was grateful that he took care of me for a very reasonable price. The world needs more people like Dr. Ron. If I lived in High Point he would definitely be my mechanic. Thank you for the great service Dr.!!!!

Excellent experience. BrakeMaster Mobile Auto Repair saved me about $600 dollars on front end suspension work on my Crown Vic. national chain repair shop wanted over $1200 to do the work. Chris and Travis did it in about 3 hours for half the price . found Chris's business advertised on craigslist so i thought, what do i have to loose. after just a couple of minutes on the phone with Chris he called me back and gave me an estimate that was half of what i was being charged at the chain. Chris met me with my car and started the repair at around 11:30am and he was finished with all the work by about 2pm. new Ball joints upper and lower both sides , new monroe shocks, Sway bar link, and right side tie rod ends all for half of what the national chain was going to gouge me for. dropped it off at another chain to do the front end alignment and it is all good. Honest, and good at their jobs i highly recommend them. Thanks Chris , excellent work and service. i will definitely use you again for all of my auto repair needs.

I TOOK MY CAR TO A SHOP TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECKED FOR A GRINDING NOISE AND MY STEERING WHEEL PULLING. THE SHOP QUOTED ME OVER $700 FOR THE REPAIR. I FOUND MOBILE LUBE DOCTORS ON HERE SO I GAVE THEM A CALL. WITHIN 3 HOURS THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT TO ME AND HAD MY CAR REPAIRED. CHRIS FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD. HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET ME REPAIRED AND BACK ON THE ROAD FOR $250 LESS THAN WHAT THE SHOP QUOTED ME. I LOVE THIS SERVICE.
