Stranded in Salisbury! Integrity Not only arranged our tow, they had us up and running with a diagnosis of the current repair but advised us of upcoming repairs. Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. Great to do business with. I have developed a great relationship with them for both my cars. My 2011 Ford F-150 was having a timing issue and spark knocking terribly. I took the car to the Ford dealership and they told me the spark plugs needed to be replaced at 80K miles. I agreed and paid them $600 to do it. As soon as I drove off the knocking started again. I took it down to Jade and he asked his Ford certifed tech to check it out and he found that the PCM module needed to be reflashed to adjust the timing and only charged me around $100. I guess if I had asked them first I would have saved $500. I will go to them first next time.

It's a real blessing these days to find an auto shop and mechanics who you can trust. Cabarrus Imports is just such a place. I have been taking my Honda there for several years and know that they will do only what is needed, will tell me when I do need something, and then they will do the work well at a fair price. On my last oil change, they noticed a dripping water pump - a sure sign of impending failure at its age - and I was able to get a new pump put in along with the timing belt at a fair price, prior to being stranded on the side of the road. If you have a Honda, this is the place to take it!

Routine maintenance done quickly.

Very friendly and honest. Serpentine belt failure shredded lower radiator hose. No part available locally so car basically disabled. Kim drove me over to car rental facility. Remained in parking lot until sure I was in a vehicle. Part came in late on a Friday and car repaired. Shop closed Saturday but Kim gave me personal cell number and told me to come pick up Saturday morning so I could turn rental and save a few $$s. I asked questions about servicing another VW I have and they were upfront and honest about needed service and recommended intervals.

We were on vacation and were from another state. AAA towed our van to this garage over the weekend to get repaired. Once they opened Monday morning we talked to Jamie and within 21/2 hours they had fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable price and had us back on our way to the beach for our vacation. I would recommend this garage to anyone who has issues. Very clean facility and very friendly, wonderful, competent mechanics. I give Erlanger Auto Care and their mechanics 5 stars and A+ rating!
