I've been going to Chapel Hill Tire for 35 + years, and have always had absolutely fantastic service. I know that the professionals at CHT always give me the best advice for my wallet, not their own. I literally chose to sell one vehicle and purchase another based on their insight and experience. Their honesty has saved me huge amounts of money over the years. Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. This location is horrible. Mechanics did not perform fluid changes and billed customer for completed services. Then damaged vehicle in the process resulting in over $1000 worth of repairs. Had to pay for services not completed and an additional $1380.00 to repair vehicle.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT call these people for service! This is a scam! My husband sent this guy Chris to me to fix my car because I broke down in Greensboro NC. He came out to fix my car and said he needed the money to go get the part. I gave him $250 and never came back to fix my car! He immediately stopped answering his phone! He also have a female riding with him so that you can't go with him. He have fake reviews all made by him from fake pages that he made himself to boost his rating! I'm at the moment still stranded in Greensboro NC. I'm finding out that he has been doing this to people for years!
