Excellent, professional staff
Excellent, professional staff. Very friendly & polite. Seem to be very well-trained! Listened to my budget concerns and made most-needed repairs first. I left with a fantastic printout detailing what was done, as well as recommendations for future work needed. Most certainly would recommend! Barbara A Sanford NC

Great Experience

Volkswagen Repair
Brought my VW GTI to R & N Motor Company for its 20k checkup and oil change. Messing around with a dealer...as I've learned...can be just that "a mess!" I was greeted at the door by Robert, and soon realized that I had indeed come to the right place for my service needs. I had been recommended by a long time Sanford native, that boasted about the fact that one of the best German car mechanics was apart of their crew. I was quickly informed by Robert, that his firm used actual VW software and had the "boasted" German car specialist on staff. I certainly chose correctly in my decision to have them service my vehicle. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! -John Peters

Auto Repair
My Toyota 4 Runner was involved in an accident, and we brought it here first. They looked at it, recommended an excellent body shop and took it there for us. The customer service here is incredible. They were so great we decided to do our 90,000 mile service with them. They were very professional throughout the whole process. Brett Fontaine

Jeep Repair
I brought my Jeep when it was leaking oil after another shop failed. Had no problems with R&N. Go to their website and read the great reviews there as well if your still not convinced. This is a great place to go to for service. They are 25 miles away from me and this is the only shop I will take any of my vehicles to. They let me know things that were wrong with my Jeep that I had not noticed since it was in such bad condition when I bought it and was focused on other major issues it had.They respected my time and also the effort I had already put into the Jeep prior to finding/bringing it to them.Everybody knows how hard it is to get a 5 star rating without having people you know write the reviews, these people are legit.
