Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. I have been using GB for 8 years. I serviced 3 of my cars there. They always been do a great job. They best tire price you can get in this market area. If you buy their protection plan, they replace the tire when it is not repairable. I had done that twice. I highly recommend.
