Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon special. The Groupon was advertised as $29. The owner told me to ignore the coupon and he would give me the same price. His "same Price" Was $79.95. He said that he had to replace an oil drain plug, which on the invoice is only $13.98.

Mike and Ernie, the guys that run the Matthews Midas are fair, knowledgable and trustworthy guys. I have been going to their shop for about a year now and they have been great to me since day one. The will not charge you for things you don't need, they will shop for a good deal for your vehicle in the case of finding tires and if they can't fix your car or can't find the problem, they won't charge you for their time. I found them by reading reviews like these, and my experience has been just as good as every review I've read about them. This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

Had several small punctures in my tire. They were able to replace my tire same day.

I had a transmission replacement, the transmission is leaking fluid constantly. The service crew was unable to fix it. I have to jam the gear shift into park or the truck will roll off. They adjusted my carburetor and now my plugs are fowling out. They did a good job replacing the headers and exhaust pipes.

I recently had our car's muffler upfitted due to the fact that the dealership told us that present muffler's intake was not allowing enough exhaust to pass through. This Meineke shop charged me $650. to update the muffler. I have had since then trouble with the muffler now vibrating and making a clunking noise and brought it to Midas muffler to check out. Midas says that Meineke installed too long a pipe causing the noise. Midas also said they could have replaced with a brand new muffler for less than $650.? Midas only charged me $45.00 to shorten the pipe where it needed to be as well as repair a dangling cadalytic converter heat shield. Meineke not only ripped me off, they did not install the muffler correctly! This review is not meant for all Meineke Muffler shops, just the one located 6447-A East Independence Blvd.!
