Where should I begin. I went to Mr.Tire located on Airport Blvd,Wilson.The manager Caleb was over the top helpful to me.I have never experience any customer service from a a auto mechanic shop before.He made sure that he wasn't gonna stop until he figured out the problem and I must say he did.I am sooo happy to get in my vehicle and knowing that it is safe to drive.Most places would have never went that far.His entire team has become like a family to me.I will be remaining a customer, there isn't any questions about that.Thank you so much for fixing my vehicle.

When I arrived there the was this young man who came to greet me, I told him I needed tires and he told me where I could wait at and that it would be about 15min. and it took about 25min. but it was ok. As you can tell from the headline, I consider my car my baby. It is an old girl, but I love it. My 2001 Chevy Malibu just wasn't running right. She was really showing her age.
