SAM told me his low price on a car and I said yes I will pay you that no problem. he said me him later that day well he called me back about a hour later and said people is wanting to give me more money than what I told you so could you do that. I said no cause you told me a price and you agreed to it but he said I couldn't have it for what he told me that I could. wow what kind of business is this ebay or what. not very trusting person do dill with hope this whole place is not like that. would not do any buying off of this place again

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Kristy was very knowledgable and patiently explained all available options to me and my husband. The Rosen headrest video system they installed looked better than the factory option for our 2011 Buick Enclave. I am so glad we paid a little more vs the options several local stereo shops promoted. The 3 year warranty was icing on the cake.

I just had my rear bumper cover replaced and painted by Aycock Frame and body. I am pleased to announce that they did a great job. But it doesn't end there. I had shops give me estimates of as much as $2200 for the same job. Aycock charged me about 20% of that. They do a great job and charge an even greater price. If you want a good job for a good price, go see the people at Aycock Frame and Body. They will treat you right!

This was the absolute, worst service and work done for me by a body shop. He wouldn't start on my car until receiving the insurance check. While, claiming to need more time for what should have been a 2 week job at the max. The owner was hard to reach by phone. The insurance adjuster, rental car company and myself tried to reach him to find out what was going on with the car. Everyone wanted to know what was taking so long to finish. After the owner cashed the check without me even knowing about it, he took an additional 3 weeks with my car. The owner kept my car for a total of 2 months. Once picking the car up from the shop, there was no written receipt, no amount given in regards to the charge for painting the car and no money was given to me out of the check. The car was seen being driven around the city and parts were missing off of the car. The owner claimed he would pay for them, but this wasn't true. The owner said he would help pay the rental fees because he kept my car so long the insurance company would no longer pay for the rental. He never apologized or gave the portion of the money he promised to pay because it was his fault that the car wasn't painted. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend that anyone get their car painted at this location.
