My daughter took her car in to have a flat repaired and Rood's claimed... read more My daughter took her car in to have a flat repaired and Rood's claimed she had a broken lug yet they say they tossed the lug nut away because it couldn't be re-used and are now trying to charge us for the replacement lug and a new lug nut. I would have possibly believed them but when they tossed the evidence so we cant see for ourselves, it sounds shady. The reason we don't buy tires from them is they are overpriced now the reason we won't take any thing for service to them is they try to dream up problems and I assume resell you your old parts.
