I understand they offer easy financing options for car repairs, but their prices are around the same as the dealer. I could’ve got my brakes done at the Ford dealership for $369 that’s included the parts and labor, Mike charged a whopping $580, now mind you the parts were around $125 max for the pads, and rotors. He had a lady in there to change her A/C compressor and charged her $1750 holy crap!!

I immediately felt that I had come to the right place - that the mechanics knew what they were doing. That they were honest and that they treated me in a courteous and professional manner. They actually showed me what my spark plugs looked like and why they needed to be replaced. I saw a diagram of a timing belt and it's function was explained. I appreciated the effort. They helped me find a rental car and generally made me feel that I was valued as a customer. I will go back when my car needs work.

I returned the truck, they moved the distributor (by hand, no timing equipment used), and then stated that the vehicle needed premium gas in it. When the service light came on again after 75 miles they said it would go off once the old gas ran through the system. When I got it to another mechanic they showed me many hidden problems with the vehicle, hidden with putty, paint, and things "jerry rigged". The wiring that was done by Milford Auto Annex for the plow system was so hazardous it was hanging from the frame and in the wheel well. There is a lug nut that was used on the under carriage rather than get the correct nut. All in all, I would suggest to steer clear of any maintenance from Milford Auto Annex if you want to continue to steer your vehicle down the road. Milford Auto Annex-Lot of Lemons
