This was my first visit to CAS. I immediately felt that I had come to the right place - that the mechanics knew what they were doing. That they were honest and that they treated me in a courteous and professional manner.

They actually showed me what my spark plugs looked like and why they needed to be replaced. I saw a diagram of a 
timing belt and it's function was explained. I appreciated the effort.

They helped me find a rental  car and generally made me feel that I was valued as a customer.
I will go back when my car needs work.

I called at the start of a long holiday weekend. I didn't expect to be able to get my car repaired. But I was hoping to have it looked at, to know if it was safe to drive until I could get an appointment. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to look to ease my concerns. Not only did they show me what the problem was, but they were also able to repair it that day. I was very thankful and happy!
