Subaru service near Derry, NH

Welp, it seems to be that the only reviews that are posted are glorious. I did not have a good experience with foreign motors. At first I was delighted with the service and the people. 3 days later all the things that were repaired malfunctioned all over again. Asked to make an appointment however because the time wasn’t “convenient” for them I wasn’t able to get it repaired in time. Had to go elsewhere. Not very satisfactory customer service.

They ruined my rims and broke a part in my car, replacing it with a generic instead of OEM part. They had their 14 year old sons working in the back, practicing on the vehicles. They denied it. Even though the kid just told me he was learning and working on the cars back there! No wonder why they damaged my rims! When I tried to confront the manager, he got in my face and started screaming at and intimidating me, a small female. When I told a lawyer who was a lifelong customer of theirs about what happened, he said they screwed him over, too. He won’t use them anymore either. Dupont heavily advertises because they damage cars and then intimidate, lie to, and blame the customer. Especially to people here on vacation, because they don’t get the repeat business that many other mechanics depend on. They are completely unethical. Avoid!

These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. I love it here. It's more expensive than some other oil changes, but they use Mobil 1, which'll keep your car running in tip top shape. I never ever have to wait for an oil change- I just drive up and they take me. They even throw in a quick front floor vacuum for free! They check all your fluids, belts, filters, etc. too, which is helpful. They let me know about a bad serpentine belt I had, and even though I opted to go to m regular mechanic to fix it, they were nice to let me know. My favorite part about this place is that there is always a really nice dog in the waiting room to wait with you

So sad , motor in my Subaru died! Had it sitting in a " Foreign Car Repair Shop" who said they could do it. 3 weeks later its still sitting there untouched! Found these guys through Click & Clack. It wasn't cheap but I suppose an engine replacement never is. They did a great job and even loaned me a car while it was tied up. Glad I found um & my boyfriend is going to start using them for his Lexus!

It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Very affordable and excellent workmanship,they are very polite and easy to talk I would recommend everyone to go to see them for work on there car's and truck I give them a thumbs up . I am very happy with there work, Thank you .

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

STOP NOT GO HERE. This place is a joke. This guy will try to make more work then what you come for. I went there for an alignment and he tried to get me to do a brake line. I should have asked around since he has a bad reputation for over charging and bad work from regular people and other shop owners form the area. Don't be stupid like I was, ask around and you'll see.
