Service stations service near Dover, NH

Took my Mercedes to have wiring harness to rear tail lamp repaired. Swedish Imports forgot to order/install gasket - allowing my trunk and electronics to become flooded upon the 1st exposure to bad rain. $2300 in repairs to Mercedes after the electronics short circuited and set the alarm horn blaring for hours, lights going on and off, etc. When confronted, the owner refused to acknowledge that his technician could make a mistake - even after he called Mercedes to confirm the gasket doesn't come with the tail light assembly. Worst customer service experience in years. Mike, the owner, is belligerent and thinks he and his staff are infallible. Although their website says Mercedes Service Center - only Mercedes Benz does Mercedes repairs.

I've never had such a positive and trusting experience buying a used--or even a new car! Truly amazed at how nice these guys were, and how easy and accommodating it was to buy my car. On my "A-list." They have a new repair facility as well, I wont take my car anywhere else. -Terry Vital

I went to a well known auto repair center to fix a broken air conditioner in my rather old car. They replaced the compressor for $900.00 but could not get it to work. I was stuck with a big bill and no AC. I went to Rochester Radiator, they looked at it, gave me an estimate and it works GREAT! Thank you guys, the thought of summer without AC was terrifying to me! I broke down on the Maine turnpike on a Sunday afternoon just south of Wells. AAA towed me to Bob's Automotive In York. I left the car and keys and a brief note of my problem and said I would call the next day. When I called, owner Dave told me about my car problems and how he would like to proceed. He ran into more problems as he went along and I am sure he spent more time and energy on fixing my car than he told me about. The long and short of it is this - Dave is the most honorable business man I've met in recent years. He provides Honest, Quality service and repair at better than competitive prices. Horrible, worst service I ever witnessed! Research the BBB if you have any doubts! I was with my friend through all of this and kept telling him to stop bringing his car there. My friend never had to consult a lawyer about service and harassment in his life before, absolutely terrible service and the guy has no time to answer questions once Derek has your money to pay for his flying lessons! I noticed once anyone leaves a poor review on this midgets shop the kid goes ballistic! There webpage looks like a big shop with a lot of experienced workers, it's simply him and his wife with a garage for 2 vehicles. Derek tells everyone "Don't research anything online, published books or otherwise" and try’s to discourage anyone from this. He is always frustrated and about 2 seconds away from a heart attack, he doesn't listen and his "partner in crime Mila" is expected to patch up any issues Derek creates with any customers. I had to talk my best friend out of doing anything irrational because of the tons of money he spent for garbage workmanship by this extremely irritating little oompaloompa! These jokers never give any info. such as the VIN# from the car a used engine came from, or documentation on the mileage not simply "Oh it's got less miles than yours and looks really nice!" My friend just called him for some answers and I quote "If you want more horsepower out of your M3, buy another car!, I don't want to ever see that car again!" Once a poor performance review was left, Derek texted his private phone and said to "man up, and fix this problem with Mila" then Derek left a voicemail totally harassing him! Unbelievable for any man or child, let alone a business. He also had his M3 towed there when he had only about 120 miles on the "new engine" and the A/C belt was shredded (which means he did not install the A/C unit correctly or placed a severely used belt on it.) Think they would fix there mistake and apologize? Not a chance, He was handed a bill for the work for about. $250. I also get the feeling my friend was easily taken advantage of being a disabled U.S. Army, Infantry Veteran. Nice work Derek! I'm sure Mila can "man up" for your extremely poor and totally unprofessional performance! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO PRECISION BMW REPAIR in Brentwood, NH.

Did a repair for me. Honest pricing. No nonsense. Was quoted $220 for a repair by another shop. Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.
