Tires were changed satisfactorily. Price was a little high compared to Town Fair Tire where I bought the tires and have had them changed previously. That said, Autoworks was able to schedule an appointment on short notice - Thanks. Rich

Great Repair Experience
Fantastic experience at Autoworks today. Efficient and clearly customer-service oriented. At least 4 different staff went out of their way to help me out: fitting me into their busy schedule, toys and entertainment (chickens! apple juice!) for my kids while we waited, notifying me about needing an inspection, prompt communication by text about a problem, and fixing the problem in a very customer-matters-most kind of way. As a new resident I am thrilled to find such good service and I will be back! Sarah W

Diagnosis and advice
My Subaru had smoke from the radiator and no forward movement when we were towed to Autoworks. The atmosphere remained calm even though 2 out of 4 cylinders were not doing well. Thanks to advice from here I was able to drive the car back to Staten Island carefully and it's at my mechanics now. I can't imagine what could have happened if Triple A had not towed me there.
