Ford service near Merrimack, NH

So sad , motor in my Subaru died! Had it sitting in a " Foreign Car Repair Shop" who said they could do it. 3 weeks later its still sitting there untouched! Found these guys through Click & Clack. It wasn't cheap but I suppose an engine replacement never is. They did a great job and even loaned me a car while it was tied up. Glad I found um & my boyfriend is going to start using them for his Lexus!

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! I'm a single mom with 3 young kids. In the past when I had car problems it was always scary because they saw me coming and marked prices up and cost me money I didn't have. Recently my car was making screeching noises and my friend told me about a place they found called Lowell Automatic Transmission in Lowell. I was petrified to go because I don't have any extra money, but when I pulled in a nice worker showed me where to park and brought me in to the service area. When I explained the noises, they took my car in, without having an appointment. They had a cute waiting room with coffee, water, snacks, tv, wifi, like a dealer has. In just a little while Paul the service manager came to get me. He explained the car had decayed belts that needed replacement. When I asked how much it would cost, he told me No Charge! I was waiting for the 'catch', but there was no catch! This place is different! Not only did they change the belts, Paul told me they checked the fluids and topped them off at no charge too! They treated me like family, just like my friend said they would. Paul is awesome! I'm telling all my friends to go to this place. They didn't take advantage of me. In the future when my car acts up, I'm going there because I know they're fair and treat people with respect.

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

Did a repair for me. Honest pricing. No nonsense. Was quoted $220 for a repair by another shop. Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.
