I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. Julie Hobbs and her father are by far the nastiest people I have ever had the misfortune to meet. They sell junk auction cars at ridicules prices and then become accusatory and down right rude when they are expected to do repairs. The first issue was preventing us from getting a sticker,that forced them make repairs. Their mechanic is quite efficient and pleasant, he really needs to leave there before he is tainted by their fraud. If you are willing to pay for major repairs yourself, as many other posters have I am sure you will get a great car. I personally had transmission problems, a broken frame, engine skipping, and power loss with in weeks of purchase. I then got yelled at and abused by them when I wanted repairs. Stay away for Hobbs.

It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.

I spent about 10 years of my life going from one mechanic to another before coming to this place. It is family owned and gives you 50s customer service. I trust them implicitly with my car repairs. Which I have a lot of considering I go from one 100+ thousand mile to another they help keep them on the road for me so that I can keep working. They always explain everything they do and give options. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love it here. It's more expensive than some other oil changes, but they use Mobil 1, which'll keep your car running in tip top shape. I never ever have to wait for an oil change- I just drive up and they take me. They even throw in a quick front floor vacuum for free! They check all your fluids, belts, filters, etc. too, which is helpful. They let me know about a bad serpentine belt I had, and even though I opted to go to m regular mechanic to fix it, they were nice to let me know. My favorite part about this place is that there is always a really nice dog in the waiting room to wait with you

THIS COMPANY CAUSED OVER 5000 DOLLARS WORTH THE DAMAGE TO MY 2007 F150 PU TRUCK THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE THEY HAD INSURANCE!!!!! THE FOOL THAT WAS GOING TO DO BRAKE JOB CAUSED MY TRUCK TO FALL OFF THE LIFT DAMAGEING MY TRUCK BED TO TOP IT OFF I BROUGHT IT TO NEALS AUTO BODY WHICH WAS AN OTHER HORROR STORY .I WOULD RATE THIS TIRE COMPANY VERY POOR THE OWNERS SON HAS BIG BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!

this shop did over $5000 dollars damage to my ford f150 pu they called me to tell me my truck slid of lift damageing my bed owners son was very much careless attitude toward me in damage did not even apologize for the fool teck who did the damage they said we have insurance big deal my truck was never the same after they had it buyer beware think twice before you go there

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

mark is really good about letting you know what you need now vs. what can wait. his turnaround is also really quick.

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!
