Since I moved to Wilmington last year, I have been been dreading finding a new mechanic. It took me a year, but I think found exactly what I am looking for. I discovered M&S on Angie's list where it was highly rated. After talking to Mark for a couple of minutes I was immediately at ease, and felt like my car was in really good hands. I needed my AC fixed. Mark explained to me how they diagnose, find, and fix problems with the AC. Mark really impressed me with his knowledge of the AC in my car's make and model. He called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me an estimate before performing any work. He made recommendations on parts, and gave me my choice. He ended up charging me $70 less than his estimate. Mark earned my business, and I thought I'd write a glowing review so that other's can find this guy as well. -John Jenson

Just purchased a used car on 5/6/19 from Bob Celati dealer/owner/mechanic of Central Automotive.Under the terms of Bob's Purchase Agreement the vehicle is covered by "30 day Express Warranty" provided by dealer and "Implied Warranty of Merchantability and fitness" provided by the state to protect buyers of used vehicles from defects that impair the safety and use of a vehicle.During the warranty period I was having a problem with my power steering a problem that would be considered a defect that impairs the safety of a vehicle. Under The Massachusetts used car Warranty Law that was displayed in the vehicle at the time of purchase the dealer is required by law to fix the problem or issue a refund. Bob acknowledged that there was a problem with the steering. He tried to diagnos and fix the problem but was unable to.So he offered a refund/ buy-back I accepted. Bob said he would only honor the buy-back under one condition that I agreed to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" I have since tried to contact Bob in an attempt to resolve problem.He refuses to respond. I've tried by phone and mail. Now my only recourse is to contact the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under The used car Warranty Law a consumer can request a state certified arbitrator to decide the case.

Did a repair for me. Honest pricing. No nonsense. Was quoted $220 for a repair by another shop. Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.

Horrible, worst service I ever witnessed! Research the BBB if you have any doubts! I was with my friend through all of this and kept telling him to stop bringing his car there. My friend never had to consult a lawyer about service and harassment in his life before, absolutely terrible service and the guy has no time to answer questions once Derek has your money to pay for his flying lessons! I noticed once anyone leaves a poor review on this midgets shop the kid goes ballistic! There webpage looks like a big shop with a lot of experienced workers, it's simply him and his wife with a garage for 2 vehicles. Derek tells everyone "Don't research anything online, published books or otherwise" and try’s to discourage anyone from this. He is always frustrated and about 2 seconds away from a heart attack, he doesn't listen and his "partner in crime Mila" is expected to patch up any issues Derek creates with any customers. I had to talk my best friend out of doing anything irrational because of the tons of money he spent for garbage workmanship by this extremely irritating little oompaloompa! These jokers never give any info. such as the VIN# from the car a used engine came from, or documentation on the mileage not simply "Oh it's got less miles than yours and looks really nice!" My friend just called him for some answers and I quote "If you want more horsepower out of your M3, buy another car!, I don't want to ever see that car again!" Once a poor performance review was left, Derek texted his private phone and said to "man up, and fix this problem with Mila" then Derek left a voicemail totally harassing him! Unbelievable for any man or child, let alone a business. He also had his M3 towed there when he had only about 120 miles on the "new engine" and the A/C belt was shredded (which means he did not install the A/C unit correctly or placed a severely used belt on it.) Think they would fix there mistake and apologize? Not a chance, He was handed a bill for the work for about. $250. I also get the feeling my friend was easily taken advantage of being a disabled U.S. Army, Infantry Veteran. Nice work Derek! I'm sure Mila can "man up" for your extremely poor and totally unprofessional performance! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO PRECISION BMW REPAIR in Brentwood, NH.

Today I used their auto repair shop for service on my car. My stepdad typically does all my mechanical work on my car but, he has since moved to another state so I need to fen for myself. I called Nissan and was quoted $289 for an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and general check up. I printed out the maintenance sheet for the milage on my car and gave it to the mechanic at Woodside, who had also called Nissan to verify the service requirements for my mileage. When I picked up my car and saw the invoice for $76 I was ecstatic. They fulfilled all the checkpoints on the maintenance sheet from Nissan for a third of the price. Amazing small business service and customer service. Keep the small businesses around and it works out for everyone.

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.
