Horrible, worst service I ever witnessed! Research the BBB if you have any doubts! I was with my friend through all of this and kept telling him to stop bringing his car there. My friend never had to consult a lawyer about service and harassment in his life before, absolutely terrible service and the guy has no time to answer questions once Derek has your money to pay for his flying lessons! I noticed once anyone leaves a poor review on this midgets shop the kid goes ballistic! There webpage looks like a big shop with a lot of experienced workers, it's simply him and his wife with a garage for 2 vehicles. Derek tells everyone "Don't research anything online, published books or otherwise" and try’s to discourage anyone from this. He is always frustrated and about 2 seconds away from a heart attack, he doesn't listen and his "partner in crime Mila" is expected to patch up any issues Derek creates with any customers. I had to talk my best friend out of doing anything irrational because of the tons of money he spent for garbage workmanship by this extremely irritating little oompaloompa! These jokers never give any info. such as the VIN# from the car a used engine came from, or documentation on the mileage not simply "Oh it's got less miles than yours and looks really nice!" My friend just called him for some answers and I quote "If you want more horsepower out of your M3, buy another car!, I don't want to ever see that car again!" Once a poor performance review was left, Derek texted his private phone and said to "man up, and fix this problem with Mila" then Derek left a voicemail totally harassing him! Unbelievable for any man or child, let alone a business. He also had his M3 towed there when he had only about 120 miles on the "new engine" and the A/C belt was shredded (which means he did not install the A/C unit correctly or placed a severely used belt on it.) Think they would fix there mistake and apologize? Not a chance, He was handed a bill for the work for about. $250. I also get the feeling my friend was easily taken advantage of being a disabled U.S. Army, Infantry Veteran. Nice work Derek! My brother has been going to Amesbury Auto for years. About 4 years ago he suggested I go to Amesbury Auto for repairs. The 4 years I have been going I have been 100% completely satisfied with the work that has been done. They are very reasonable priced as well. I will continue going to Amesbury Auto for all the work that needs to be done on my cars. Very satisfied.

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED HERE!!! I recently brought my 01 Jeep Wrangler in to have it inspected and they failed me because of a leaking power steering gear box and a leak in my exhaust. That was alright with me, seeing as these are important. So I brought it home and instead of fixing the issues, I just went out and bought a new PS Gear box, and a brand new exhaust (full exhaust including CAT, Muffler, etc.). I also installed both of those myself within 2 days. So I bring it back to Poulin within the X number of days and sure enough, they failed me AGAIN! They said I still had a leak in my exhaust, even though I replaced the whole thing. So I called him out and said to show me the leak, that's when he changed his story and said you could hear it but not see it. Keeping in mind, that he still couldn't point it out. Anyway, I brought it to a shop in downtown Rochester the same day, and they said it had passed WITH FLYING COLORS! No issues. This Poulin shop is clearly scamming its customers and failing us on purpose to have us pay them to service these false issues. ONCE AGAIN, I URGE YOU NOT TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.

Did a repair for me. Honest pricing. No nonsense. Was quoted $220 for a repair by another shop. Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.

So sad , motor in my Subaru died! Had it sitting in a " Foreign Car Repair Shop" who said they could do it. 3 weeks later its still sitting there untouched! Found these guys through Click & Clack. It wasn't cheap but I suppose an engine replacement never is. They did a great job and even loaned me a car while it was tied up. Glad I found um & my boyfriend is going to start using them for his Lexus!

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.
