Do Not buy any spare parts from him. He charges you more than double the cost if cheap spare parts. A $90 battery costs you $189 to get replaced!! Unprofessional response when I showed that they have overcharged me . Econolast battery was charged $189 to me. And then I was told as argument that it was upfront. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.

I go to Ed for anything automotive. He's always taken care of my family and I. Great guy. Great work ethic. Great businessman. He will ensure you have a positive experience and are taken care of. He does the right thing every time and keeps to his word. It's a rare experience nowadays. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. I fully trust him which is an uncommon feeling in the automotive repair industry but he's earned it.

The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

The mobile service was great! They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good! I trusted them right away. My baby(car) is old and her age shows, i need a shop that can keep her going. I need a Honest mechanic that I can trust and wont BS me. It is very HARD for a single women to find HONEST TRUSTWORTHY Mechanics, I feel like I have. Plus they are right next to TJMAXX!

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. I moved into the area recently and am looking for a local shop whom I can trust and not worry about being taken for a "ride", I am happy to say that I found one in Carracino's. Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. They are very knowledgeable of the work they do. totally recommend them.
