Great Customer Experience
Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. Great Customer Service
Francisco and Team at BC deliver great service. I am from out of state (commute to work) and they helped me take care of an automotive issue and even offered me a variety of solutions that were beneficial for me economically (go figure). Anyway, I have decided that I will continue to seek them out should I have any auto repair needs while in NJ at work. Very forthcoming and clear about what needed to be done and the cost.
