Went to have my breaks checked. A & A Auto Service was totally fill with honest and awesome mechanic. Told me I could go a couple of months before having them changed!

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.
