Make sure you get written documentation of what they will be doing and how much they intend to charge you for it, even if you just need an estimate!!! They claim good quality, but the only evidence is the exceedingly high prices!!! They WILL try to rope you into "choosing" them to do the work (with hidden fees if you don't), even if their estimate is twice as much as someone else. They talk a good game, but that's because they have practice doing what they do!!! Don't be fooled by their "helpfulness," it's all part of the scam!

Awesome guys at Cartech! Mike and Rich treat you like family. A great deal of experience between the two of them and they keep a clean shop which in that line of work is hard to do. We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

John is an honest mechanic which itself makes him so special! The front of my car was making this weird sound and my dealership not only misdiagnosed this problem but did a poor job fixing it. John told me exactly what was going on with my car and what needed to be taken care of immediately and things that could wait until later. He quoted a fair price to me and I will recommend him to anybody who is looking for an honest mechanic!

This is the best mechanic shop I have been to. They are kind, helpful, and reasonable. They always try to fit me in for last minute oil changes and honor my coupons even when I forget to bring them. What you see is what you get, I love that.

Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs
