Transmission repair service near Bordentown, NJ

I have been using Weston Sunoco for all the service on both our cars for over 5 yrs.John & Jerry are very knowledgeable mechanics and their pricing is fair.

I could not agree more with the other review - what ever you do, Do Not use this repair shop. My transmission leaked fluid from the start and then 3 weeks or so later my vehicle made a weird noise which was not the case prior to having them work on my car. They had my vehicle for a week and then advised me that they could not determine the cause but for additional money they could dig deeper - I refused and took my car to a friend who owns his own garage in Philly and he advised that my "Flex Plate was cracked and it likely happened as a result of them not bolting my trans down properly (my friend found that 2 out of 4 bolts missing from my factory installed transmission and motor). to make matters worse 2 months in and now my vehicle does not go beyond 20 mikes per hour - what's sad is, I don't have confidence in this shop to make the repairs correctly - Don't use this shop!

I've been going to this shop since it opened. I would not go anywhere else for transmission issues. Bill is a very honest businessman who knows the value of repeat customers. His prices are excellent and he stands behind his work.

The experiace I had at this store was very good. Lowest tire prices in the city. They carry just about any brand. Employee owned company really shoed in their service. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

This transmission shop treated me with full respect. I am a single woman who is somewhat intimidated by mechanic shops and they were honest and reliable. I recieved an estimate from another repair shop for 2400.00 + tax and discount tranny's repaird my car for 200.00 and it runs wonderful!

I have been bringing my car to Dion for 6 years now, and have always been satisfied with the work done on my vehicle, and the price. They really work with you, and make sure you they explain what's being done to your vehicle too; and that means alot to me. Always, very professional and respectful, and that's something that is welcoming. I feel like part of the aamco family, after 6 years of coming here. If you need a repair, I definitely recommend Aamco Frankford Ave. Just ask for Dion, and him and his staff will make sure to get you taken care of.

It is a shame that the service through out this location is not the same. We have purchased two new cars from them and where more than happy with the service until we had to deal with the service department. One of our cars (with less than 12,000 miles one it) it had a diffected tire (Michelin) with a huge crack running for more than 3". We went to the Express Service Area so they can check the tire and only we were not serviced, but we were treated very very poorly from one of the managers (as he called himself) and accused us of trying to get a brand new tire for FREE. The whole situation was laughable because we had purchased the car cash and the cost of tire was nothing but they didn't want to bother to open a claim for us. We contacted Michelin directly where advised to go to NTB where the service was great and the tire was changed immediately because it was a manufacture diffect and at no cost to us. I hope the Sloan Honda in future has better people working for them because we will never step foot in there.

Save yourself the Heartache! You will wait a long time, your car will not be fixed, you will take it back time and time again and guess what...It will not be fixed. You can try to contact customer service by phone and they will not call you back. Check there BBB Rating I believe it's under JimTim Enterprises before you use them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I am really surprise that you are requesting a survey from us after providing such a lousy service, or lack of service for our Mazda Tribute that you totally destroyed, causing us to junk same. After collecting over $1,600 from us, only to have the vehicle towed to our home for onward transmission to the Junk Yard; you were so interested in receiving your "REPAIR COST," that you forgot to put you had dismantled back on the vehicle before releasing it to the tow truck operator, after insisting, and receiving your "REPAIR COST," that I had to call you to my home to put what you had dismantled together; what a shame; I wish AAA could read this review and take you off their list of recommended auto centers; you are giving AAA a bad image by having you on their list. Anyway, the vehicle is off our hands now, thanks to you; as for recommendation, we suggest that your outfit be listed as a SAVAGE CENTER,OR BETTER STILL, XAVIER'S AUTO SAVAGE CENTER.
