Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

I go to Ed for anything automotive. He's always taken care of my family and I. Great guy. Great work ethic. Great businessman. He will ensure you have a positive experience and are taken care of. He does the right thing every time and keeps to his word. It's a rare experience nowadays. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. I fully trust him which is an uncommon feeling in the automotive repair industry but he's earned it.
