Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

These guys sold me a re-heated pizza it was dry and hard as a piece of wood. I have had the pizza before and it's not bad for cheap pizza and everyone is entitled to an off day, but when I returned it the guy he gave me a hard time didn't offer to correct the issue and didn't offer my money back. I am very disappointed in the business practices of these owners and their employees. I will not be ordering from them again.

I took my car to this place but I have bad experience, Is a terrible service , parts are a bad quality , he said 3 days and it is really 3 weeks or more. I pick up my car and it became with other problems. He MAKES many excuses.
