This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. I was referred to Dick and Rips by my friend. He takes all of his vehicles there. I knew the place had to be good because my friend is super picky. I have went to their shop a couple of times in the last few months to have my vehicle inspected- have them install 2 new tires and some other misc work. Each time I called them - they were friendly and very helpful.When I took my vehicle to the shop - they got the job done in a timely manner and didn't rip me off. This is an honest place to do business with. Here is an example -when I would apply the break on my vehicle, it would stop real hard and screech. I was told by their shop manager that this was because of me using the emergency brake on flat ground.The emergency brake was getting stuck. He said it would stop doing this if I didn't use the emergency brake on level ground. I stopped using the emergency brake on level ground and the problem went away. He could have easily told me that I needed rear brakes. I am happy to say that I have found my place. They are right down the road from me -they do good work and are very honest. If you find any bad reviews about this place - it has to be a competitor who is leaving them. I have had no problems with this business. I will be a repeat customer! Thanks guys!

This the service spot for all four vehicles in my family, ranging from two 2015 models to a 2004 Honda Pilot with nearly 150,000 miles. They have always been fair, informative, and worked on my behalf on a tire warranty issue. I would recommend this shop to any and all!
