They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. A lil pricey but the job gets done. And they are also Christians like me whom I can trust telling the truth and honest. This is THE WORST place to get anything done. Not only are they disrespectful but cursing and calling people names when you are just trying to understand WHY they are asking for $300 more. But i guess i'm wrong for wondering why the price we agreed on via the phone is not what it is.... My mad... Lisa told me "You should be happy the work you got for the price you paid, and if you wanted better you should have paid more." I mean really? So basically right their she said that this place does crappy work that's why they charge $100-200 less on services... But since she added an extra $300 how does that even make any sense? Cause at this point what i paid would have been what i paid at a GOOD place. Just UNACCEPTABLE Once again. Unrespectful! Bad work! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, TIME AND MONEY!
