The Worst of the Worst I'm from Pennsylvania and was new to New Jersey when my clutch went out on my car. I didn't know any good mechanics so I took a chance with this guy. First, he demanded a deposit to buy parts of $900, then he never bought the parts and I had to, $700 worth. He refused to give back the deposit. Then he took more than seven weeks to return the car to me. He charged me a $100 labor rate, more than any other shop around. His labor total ended up being $1250. He wasn't going to warranty anything unless I paid the balance in cash. In the end, he gave me a hand written "Limited" warranty, whatever "Limited" means. Beware.

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect.
