Not recommended at all. Horrible service. OVERPRICED. Go in for a tune-up and am told engine needs replacing???? What's up with that? Tom Matthews was very abrupt with us. Basically told us, we owed him $250 for a tune up without even letting us know price first but engine would only last a month or so. Disagree with Marlene for sure - NOT honest, polite or caring at all.

I've been going to Hughes Auto Service for over 2 years now and can't say enough good things about them! They always do a great job and are extremely honest with me. I have an 18 year old Saturn which has been very good to me, but occasionally needs service. They always correct the problem and explain to me exactly what the car needed. They always call me before making any repairs to get my approval!!! That is very important to me. All the mechanics and the owner, John, are wonderful, hard working, honest people!!! Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. They are very knowledgeable of the work they do. totally recommend them.
