My brand new Lincoln had just been driven over a small landslide caused by heavy rains. I had two flat tires and a ruined front wheel and was 300 miles from home. AAA sent Armonk Garage to help me and I was very pleased with the service. The truck arrived on time, picked up the car, my wife and I and then found the nearest Lincoln dealer. Although the dealer was some distance away the driver took us there, unloaded the car interfaced with the service people and did not charge us. He was helpful, courteous, and sympathetic. He made a bad situation much better. Thanks.

I usually wouldnt even take the time to write a review but the audacity of this moron manager got me inspired. Basically, my power steering pump had a slow leak and was almost empty when my truck started making a horrific squeel coming down route 1 when i saw this sears car center. I stopped in distressed about my situation and asked the manager if they sold power steering fluid and told him about my predicament. He replied by telling me they did not and he couldnt help me. All he could do was take advantage of my problem and offer a song and a dance for a $55 service to get some power steering fluid. So I went to Pepboys and bought my own for $7. Its a shame to have to experience how someone will take advantage of you when your down. Needless to say, Ill never go there again or recommend anyone else do.

Another set of jobs on our trucks... We have some VIP cars and big rigs for pulling production and set trailers. My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.
