I've been going to Hughes Auto Service for over 2 years now and can't say enough good things about them! They always do a great job and are extremely honest with me. I have an 18 year old Saturn which has been very good to me, but occasionally needs service. They always correct the problem and explain to me exactly what the car needed. KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.

Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my car for an oil change and found an oil piddle under my car the next day. the car is 3 years old and never leaked. took the car to the authorized dealer and they told me that "who ever performed my previous oil change did not do it right". in addition, it did not feel good when they tried to sell me all these unnecessary things including the break system flush after it was done 6 months ago. don't take your car there. they cannot do a simple job as an oil change right, but they will try to sell you everything you don't need.

Owner is a terrible businessman! Held my car for a week and did nothing to it and dodged my calls. Actually had the nerve to threaten to call the police when I came to get it back. Stay very far away from this liar you’ll thank me.
