Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. This company does not stand by the nonsense parts and service they push so hard to sell to you. I will never use these people again. Unprofessional, cocky attitude, and just plain ignorant counter people. They need some serious customer service training. This company used to have a good name (years ago and not this location). Drive elsewhere people to get your car fixed. Don't make a mistake like I did. NEVER AGAIN. I will be telling everyone I know about the nonsense I went through.
