After much research and speaking with several mechanics and repair techs, I found Walko Automotive to be the best solution to my bad hybrid battery. Walko Automotive helped replace my 2007 Toyota Prius battery in less than 2 hrs for THE MOST reasonable price. They offered a two year warranty and with their already outstanding business history, Master Tech certifications with hybrid vehicles (and any vehicle really), and a positive, family-oriented atmosphere, they were sure to deliver in every way you would expect the best and most trustworthy mechanic should. DO NOT LET THIS BUSINESS TOW YOUR VEHICLE!!! First, they will gouge you and then when you attempt to have your vehicle picked up they will tell you they only take cash. This is from personal experience!! My car was in an accident. They towed it to their lot ($85 + $25 per day storage). Then they wanted $300 to tow it 50 miles. I found someone to do it for $175. I call to pay them with a credit card because I am stuck at home with no car and they tell me they only take cash for towing. I have no car so how I am I supposed to pay cash?? They take credit card for repairs!! This was on a Friday so no doubt their hope was I wouldn't get the car and then I would have had to pay them another $75 for weekend storage (Sat, Sun & Mon). This business owner has no SCRUPLES or ETHICS!! If they do this to someone in my situation imagine what they will do to you. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Best shop ever. Great workers and amazing service. They picked me up, towed my car and helped me get a rental.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

Went in on 5/16/2012 for a simpe oil change and filter. First time customer and the reason I selected them was through a great groupon discount deal. Well, the 'technician' Pat (? not sure if I have the name correctly) proceeded to lift the car with 4 separate hydraulic lifts in a manual fashion - no 'mathematical' method of lining it up correctly just throw them under the car. Well, the lifts were position wrong and all 4 lifts damaged their respective poitns around the underbody frame. All dented. The technician said they would pop out. bottom line: I got over $600 dollars in damage and my insurance company is still fighting them for the money! (They don't claim anything of course - complete liars) STAY AWAY!

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.
