Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. I have been to Harry's company a few times over the last 5 or 6 years. He has always done a quality job. He is extremely courteous and intelligent. One of his best qualities is his honesty. You do not find very many if any in his profession that come close to his integrity when it comes to the quality and cost of work he performs. He is a dying breed in our society that actually cares about his customers and treats them with respect and fairness. I own my own business and have always shared his views in the way to treat customers and have a conscience when it comes to performing work and what I charge. There are far to many people in business these days that do not come close to having any conscience or integrity to the degree of Harry !
