Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. This was the worst experience trying to get and answer from this place! I just called to get a quote from Barnegat Bay auto care center and the guy told me that the owner was not there and he could not answer any questions then hung up the phone. So i called back to see when the owner would be available and he yelled at me and said he was working under a car and hung up again!!! I called back again and he didn't answer? I just wanted to know when to call back to get my truck in!! WOW is all i have to say about that, i will never send anyone there EVER! Good Luck with that employee.

Just had the most amazing experience there yesterday. These guys saved me in my extreme time of need... My car was starting to make a noise so I took it into this location... Thats how i found out it was botched by a crappy oil change place and oil had leaked onto my brakes and all over the inside of the car. These guys gave me extremely valuable advice and helped me make plans to have it towed somewhere nearby to access the damage to the engine ... One of them even rushed me over in his personal car to the car rental place so I could make it there just in time before they closed so that I wasn't stranded with no vehicle about 100 miles from my house. This place saved me today with advice and quality service. I'm unbelievably grateful. You can definitely trust these guys with your car.
