5 Star Service and Staff
What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. With my busy schedule, they always find time to fit us in and do the best job ever!!!! We are big fans and would recommend Hendersons to all. Stephaine A. Millstone, NJ

Scheduled Maintenance
Glad i found this shop for my honda. Scheduled tune up and oil change and car felt great. Ed explained to me all the work and some tips to keep the car running great for the winter!

Brakes
Have had two different cars in Henderson’s for brakes, over a period of 4 years or so. Primarily work has been done on weekends. One car twice over a four year period and once with my wife's car. First time in I received a call because I needed my rotors replaced. Next time my wife's car goes in same issue and recommendation. When I ask why rotors I’m told rotors are being made cheaper from the factory so they usually are replaced when pads are replaced. My car goes back in for a brake pads after about two years and my rotors were automatically replaces and I was charged. I have been talking to multiple people, mechanics and others, and none of them have heard about any new thing about not being able to grind at least a small amount of rotor, rather than replacement every time. Sadly I no longer send my cars to be serviced there.
