As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

Went in on 5/16/2012 for a simpe oil change and filter. First time customer and the reason I selected them was through a great groupon discount deal. Well, the 'technician' Pat (? not sure if I have the name correctly) proceeded to lift the car with 4 separate hydraulic lifts in a manual fashion - no 'mathematical' method of lining it up correctly just throw them under the car. Well, the lifts were position wrong and all 4 lifts damaged their respective poitns around the underbody frame. All dented. The technician said they would pop out. bottom line: I got over $600 dollars in damage and my insurance company is still fighting them for the money! (They don't claim anything of course - complete liars) STAY AWAY!
