In Last week, the Right Axle of my Honda Accord Broke, it was Friday Noon. I called Freddy and tell him what happed, and I ask if I will drop the car to get fix, which I did. they got the car and worked on it in Saturday their closing day. they replace the both Axle because the left one was damaged also with very very reasonable price. I made my payment over the phone, and pick up my car in same day. its really a great service, very helpful, and very friendly team. It's not my first experience with Freddy, but this time they really exceeded my expectation. thank you Freddy and big thanks to your Lady in charge and to the whole team. I really recommand Freddy services to anyone who looks for great service with reasonable price.

Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. Had the oil changed here on a 2013 Ford Fusion. They charged $75 for the oil change because the car requires synthetic oil. Found out that a Ford dealer charges $33 for an oil change also using synthetic oil. What a rip-off - and Lube Express suggested that the oil be changed again after 3,000 miles, when the owner's manual calls for it at 7,500 mile intervals. What a disgrace - they expect a customer to spend $75 for an oil change every 3,000 miles. These theives have lost a customer.
