Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. I came in to get my E-brakes fixed on my Hyundai Santa Fe thinking they needed to be replaced and cost a bunch of money. They called me back letting me know that my E-break had plenty of life left and that they just needed an adjustment. Talk about integrity! I got my car back and the e-break is just like new!
