Ford service near Hamilton, NJ

I am from out of town and my thermostat went out. I needed someplace close to where I was staying and a fair price. I called 3 different auto repair shops. One chose not to call back, the second quoted me $171 and acted like I, as a woman didn't know that the gasket comes with the thermostat when you purchase a replacement and that was part of the charge, Desi quoted me a good fair price and said they could fix it immediately, I took it in the next morning and they got right to it. After an hour and a half I called to see how long it would be and was told it was taking longer than they thought because the alternator and other parts needed removed, I knew this and that is why we were taking it to a shop, no place to work on a project like that when in a hotel. I figured the price would go up because of more labor. We went and did some other things and picked the car up just before the 6pm closing. They did not raise the price and the car is fixed and great. Good people trying to earn an honest living for an honest days work. Give them a call!

Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. Owner is a terrible businessman! Held my car for a week and did nothing to it and dodged my calls. Actually had the nerve to threaten to call the police when I came to get it back. Stay very far away from this liar you’ll thank me.
