I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

Andrew has always treated me fairly. He'll tell you what must be fixed and what can wait. His pricing is extremely competitive compared to other auto service places in Medford. He's got a good team and it's the only place I go for my cars.

This shop is a honest shop, up front with everything. They told me four days for a rebuild and they did it in three. The shop is very clean and organized. Thanks to Bryan and his crew I was back on the road and making money with my company truck. Jake P.
