Great service and the auto repair provided was a very fair price.

Do not go to this shop. They repainted my corner bumper and had caused my doors to have weird water marks that they refuse to fix. I have a brand new BMW X 5 and my front corner bumper was scratched parked on the street one day. So I decided to have them fixed it and it was minor enough. When I pick up my car there was strange/weird water marks all over my driver side car door. They said they will fixed it. After I pick up my car second time, they did nothing about but just polished over it, and they refuse to fix it again. The bumper fix was around 260, but now to fix my doors probably over 1K.

Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait.
