Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Our vehicle is 11 years old, and it hasn't looked that good in YEARS! The entire car was completely detailed, inside and out, and my daughter even commented that she loved how clean the car was! The entire experience, which could have been horrific, was smooth from the get-go. Paul and all the guys at Cannon Collision made this experience so much easier. The car handles really well now, and all work is 100% guaranteed. Paul said that no vehicle that ever leaves his shop is unsafe, which rested my mind as a parent. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. I took my 2000 Xterra to Gary's for a manifold back custom exhaust. Gary is knowledgeable and professional quoted me a fair price for the work that I requested. When the ordered parts came in I scheduled the vehicle for the work and it was performed with no problems. I requested to see the work on the lift after it was completed and the work was done neatly and professionally. I would not hesitate to have Bradley's Auto Service perform work on my vehicle in the future. I am a former mechanic, ASE certified blah blah blah and have worked in several local dealerships as a class A technician on imported vehicles. I am very picky about the work that is done on my vehicle if I don't do it myself and I have nothing but compliments on the quality of Gary's work. Thanks Gary!
