This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

Mullaney Tire & Car Care Center This place is super shady owner lied to me about work he did on my car. It was there two weeks and didnt move from spot I left it! He lies and manipulates your time. DO NOT believe positive reviews the owner is rude and lies. DO NOT GO HERE

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. This is the best mechanic shop I have been to. They are kind, helpful, and reasonable. They always try to fit me in for last minute oil changes and honor my coupons even when I forget to bring them. What you see is what you get, I love that.

Automotive Repair Center and Towing

Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait.
