This was the worst experience trying to get and answer from this place! I just called to get a quote from Barnegat Bay auto care center and the guy told me that the owner was not there and he could not answer any questions then hung up the phone. So i called back to see when the owner would be available and he yelled at me and said he was working under a car and hung up again!!! I called back again and he didn't answer? I just wanted to know when to call back to get my truck in!! WOW is all i have to say about that, i will never send anyone there EVER! Good Luck with that employee.

Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast.
